Step One: Inspection & Assessment
We will always discuss, in detail, the exact work required and happily take the time to ascertain exactly what is required. We offer an “easy to use” simple photograph upload service, where basic complimentary assessments and guidelines can be made.
Alternatively, should a more detailed inspection be required, items of furniture can be safely transported to our workshop, or home/business consultations can be made for your convenience, dependant on reasonable distance. Reuben Henry will then provide a written quotation for work required, inclusive of collection and delivery.
Step Two: Transportation or Work In The Home
Primarily, we carry out all collections ourselves. In the event we cannot fulfil this service, only the best, fully insured removers will carry out the transportation. Alternatively, work can be carried out in-situ at your home or business place. In this instance, we use clean, fresh dust sheets, always sealing off the working area so that your furnishings remain protected and undisturbed.

Step Four: Re-delivery & End Result
When work is complete, we will make suitable arrangements for redelivery, providing work has not already been completed within the home. We always guarantee full satisfaction and in all cases, advise on the best way to look after the finish.
